A content engine, not a campaign.
Three days on the floor at a medical device manufacturer.

Who They Are:
Nextern is a medical device design and manufacturing partner. They work alongside medtech innovators, clinicians, and OEMs to design, prototype, and manufacture the devices that end up in hospitals and patient care environments. Engineered work. Regulated environments. The kind of company whose product lives inside someone else's product.

What They Needed:
Nextern's marketing team wasn't looking for a one-off video. They were looking for a content engine — a library of video and photography their in-house team could pull from across LinkedIn, their website, recruiting, and ongoing brand storytelling. Two audiences in mind: prospective employees, and prospective customers who'd see the same content as evidence of what kind of company Nextern is.

The Work:
Three days on location at Nextern. A coordinated capture across the facility, the floor, the processes, and the people running them. Interviews with leadership and team members. Production b-roll throughout the building. Updated leadership headshots designed to hold up across bios, board materials, investor decks, and the website.

The deliverables: a finished recruiting video built to live on LinkedIn, Nextern's website, and other channels — and a full library of video, photo, and short-form clips their marketing team has been pulling from since.

The Outcome:
What Nextern got wasn't a campaign that runs once and expires. It's a content library that's still working — clips published across LinkedIn long after the shoot wrapped, headshots in rotation across multiple internal and external uses, and a visual standard their marketing team can keep building from.
