Meet the Team

  • Marko Zitzer - Founder & Producer

    Marko has spent more than two decades behind the camera, producing photo and video for technical and industrial clients across North America. He founded Calibrated Visuals to focus that experience on a specific market: manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers whose work deserves better content than the industry typically delivers.

    His client work includes long-running partnerships with Protolabs, Horton, Nextern, and Ecolab, alongside production for Henkel, 3M, BRP, Matsuura, and other B2B brands building engineered products at scale. Three regional Emmy awards for cinematography along the way.

    On set, Marko is the producer who has already pre-visualized the day. He moves quickly, communicates clearly, and stays calm in operational environments. His goal is the same on every project: to produce work that respects the subject matter and earns the trust of the team running the floor.

  • Katy Zitzer - Partner & Producer

    Katy runs the operational side of Calibrated Visuals. Production logistics, project management, client coordination, scheduling, and the dozens of small details that determine whether a shoot day works or falls apart. She has been working alongside Marko since 2014.

    Her role is straightforward: keep every project on track from kickoff through final delivery. That means clean communication with clients, organized crews on set, and timelines that hold. The work in front of the camera depends on the work happening behind it.
