HORTON

Services Provided: Creative Direction, Video + Photo Production, Leadership Headshots

Higher visual quality for a global components manufacturer. Six videos and a library still working for them years later.

Who They Are:
Horton is a global leader in fan drives, fan clutches, and engine cooling systems for heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. Their products live inside semi-trucks, agricultural equipment, mining vehicles, and construction machinery, cooling the engines that keep entire industries moving. The kind of company whose work is everywhere, but rarely seen.

What They Needed:
Horton's marketing team needed to elevate the visual quality of their content across their three main U.S. locations. The work had to support active recruiting at each facility, give their agency partner strong source material for ongoing campaigns, and build an internal library that Horton's team could keep producing from. One coordinated effort, multiple downstream uses, and three different labor markets to speak to.

The Work:
Led on Horton's side by Sama Sandy, the project's Marketing Manager, who gave us the brief and the creative latitude to execute it. That trust shaped the work. Ten production days across three U.S. facilities: Roseville, Minnesota; Britton, South Dakota; and Oconee, South Carolina. The shoots covered employees on the floor, the facilities themselves, the products being built, and the communities those employees live in. Recruiting in Britton and Oconee meant capturing more than the work; it meant showing what it's like to live in those places. The deliverables included six finished videos: a brand film, a history and timeline piece, an employee welcome video featuring the CEO, and location-specific recruiting videos for each facility. Alongside the finished work, we delivered a curated b-roll library for Horton's agency partner to keep producing short-form content from, a photography library of more than 100 stills built for use across recruiting, brand, and ongoing marketing applications, and a set of leadership headshots used across executive bios and corporate communications.

The Outcome:
A coordinated content infrastructure across three U.S. facilities that continues to support Horton's marketing function years after the cameras packed up. Six finished videos, a video asset library, a hundred-plus-image photo library, and a leadership portrait set, all built so Horton's in-house team and their agency partner have the source material to keep producing from. A working library that has outlasted any single campaign.
