A case study video for a sophisticated industrial process. Two days on the floor in Salisbury, North Carolina.

“The modern brand journey takes unique and unexpected turns. What starts as a short video in a social feed can end up transforming someone’s life—All because a brief but meaningful connection was made. It’s remarkable that this can still happen in our content cluttered AI-slop world. This is a testament to great visual storytellers that are dedicated to their craft, like that of Calibrated Visuals. Marko and his team are top-tier professionals who understand how to balance contextually specific narratives, with business objectives, under demanding timelines to create inspiring human connection. Marko is someone who I have worked with on various B2B video projects over the past decade and will continue to depend on for future projects. I do not say this lightly: he’s dependable, honest, pragmatic, easy to work with, and always delivers quality work. Those qualities are rare and valuable. Work environments that are becoming charmed by tools that mimic the human creative need to look no further than the real deal."

—Nikolas Kouzes, Creative Director

Who They Are:
Henkel is a German multinational manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, and consumer goods. Known across industrial markets for brands like Loctite, the company's adhesive technologies business serves manufacturers across automotive, electronics, packaging, and industrial sectors. The kind of work that lives inside other products, processes, and supply chains around the world.

What They Needed:
Henkel and their agency partner,
Introworks, needed a case study video on Henkel's UV Hot Melt process. The piece had to translate a sophisticated industrial application into a video that could land with both internal teams and external audiences. Sales enablement and training, in the same deliverable. That meant the production partner had to be comfortable on an operational manufacturing floor and able to capture a technical subject with the care it required.

The Work:
Two days on location at Henkel's UV Hot Melt plant in Salisbury, North Carolina. The shoot covered interviews with the Henkel team and full b-roll documentation of the process and facility, captured around the demands of an active operational plant and the schedules of the people running it.

We were brought in by Nikolas Kouzes, then Creative Director at Introworks. The shoot involved working directly with both the Introworks team and Henkel's local management in Salisbury, who made it possible to get the access and timing the video needed.

The finished case study video lives on Henkel's external channels and continues to be used across their sales and training applications.

The Outcome:
A technical case study video produced for a globally recognized B2B manufacturer in partnership with an agency that has continued to bring us in across projects, companies, and roles over the years. Proof that complex industrial subjects can be captured in a way that respects the work and lands with the audiences that matter, whether those audiences are sitting in a sales call or learning the process internally.
